Implemented Allow Admin+ to use /Nick upon player request.

During my time as an MC Lead, I wanted to allow players to get nicknames set up to correspond with their names in the Community.

Let's face it, many players MC Usernames can be vastly different from their names they go by now here in Giants Lair.
In my day, I was told this would be reserved for ranks upon release. In which I'm sure is still coming down the line. But has likely been put a ways back.

I think it'd be good to allow those with the /nick command to do so. Allow players to be called by their preferred names.

Even if we want it to eventually be a donation thing, it could be reversed or the Early Minecrafters just get an extra benefit +1

As a gaming community that is bigger than Minecraft, this is something I want to see feedback on.

Accepted, as we've been doing in practice already. We'll revisit this if it becomes part of our monetization plan in the future.
