Was a mod on SGM and AHG for some time. I can't remember how long my tenures were but long enough that I still remember most of the stuff​

2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I like the server. Thought I'd like to be more involved with it. Being a staff member also gives you more things to do while dead in-game as well as on the forums and discord

3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
I have some past staffing experience as mentioned above.

4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
Active enough on all of the platforms.

5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
Probably around 5-10h weekly, depends on my work schedule.

6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I like to think I stay pretty calm under pressure and heated situations. I'm open for criticism if its constructive.

7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Depends on the situation. I guess if there's an useless or dumb argument or the like I'd be firm but most of the time I try to resolve conflict in a laid back style

8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?

9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
I think I have a single slay from RDMing someone but I'm working on getting more

10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?
I'm a bit of a troll (heh) but I'm able and willing to be mature if the situation calls for it. Shown this on past tenures.
I don't want to call any names to vouch for me, no pressure

Ill be honest, I wasnt expecting this application! Ive played on numerous occasions with you and you have always been fun to be around. You know the rules well and have past tenures, im sure with a little trial period, it would be like you never left. Even though youre a washed cheater, you have my +1. Good luck!
 
+1 I have nothing but positive things to say about your past tenures. Easy pickup and covers a good timezone.
 
You're always a fantastic presence in the server and your activity around the forums and discord is great. I never knew you that well in SGM, but all of my interactions with you here have been positive. Very easy +1 from me.

The only thing I'd advise is to be mindful of when your jokes start to get misunderstood - people that don't know you might have a hard time discerning what you mean and what's a joke <3
