Body glitch after dying

I died and my named stayed on the scoreboard and I couldn't float around like normal. I had to restart my game to fix it. Happened to me three times and @;) once.

I do not see any recorded server errors around that time. There is an error 2/10 @ 10:53pm and then 2/11 @ 5:56pm. Please reply when this happens again with a date, time, and your timezone. Thanks!
