Previous staffing experiencePreviously a mod at SGM for about a year with about that much spread between Crescent and AHG. Shorter terms as admin on SGM and AHG. Only ever reported as a staff member a couple of times at SGM and those were all found to be invalid, salty players gonna be salty.

Yes, I meet all requirements regarding age, language, linked accounts, account security, hours on the server, and an understanding of the rules, gameplay, and community culture.
What is your goal in joining the staff team?
Helping to maintain a positive environment while I am on the servers, adding input during staff meetings, staffing and playing with the friends I have on the staff team.
What skills or knowledge do you bring to the table?
Previous staffing experience, chill attitude, skilled with deathscenes and other staffing tools, and I had regularly staffed Vanilla SGM on the weekends.
How committed can you be — short-term and long-term?
I plan on a long term commitment. I am currently caring for my parents and doing household stuff so that my wife and house homie can work, I don't see this situation changing for quite a while leaving me with plenty of free time.
Can you handle serious situations maturely and calmly?
Yes, I believe I have previously demonstrated this while previously staffing with current members of the staff team.
How are your social skills? Can you handle conflict respectfully?
Staffing the server and handling conflict come pretty naturally to me, my biggest struggle is social anxiety but that's only hardcore expressed itself when I've been admin and had to discipline staff below me.
How well do you handle pressure or discouraging moments?
Pretty well, I've always performed better under pressure and it takes a lot to discourage me nowadays.

How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing?
Few hours a day, sometimes more sometimes less depending on household needs. Definitely enough to always meet staffing minimums if not regularly more.

I once gagged an entire server in front of a lead admin. I don't do that anymore.
How is your reputation within the community? Are there reputable members who would recommend you?
I believe its pretty good, I see plenty of players and staff that I have previously played with among the many that are friends.
