Previous staffing experience
I was staff on multiple previous TTT servers varying between Mod-Admin/Owner on the following communities: Banana Gang TTT, AoT/Acts of Treason, TCN/The Cursed Nexus. I was also T-Mod on AHG/After Hours Gaming. I briefly ran my own server several years ago as well.​
Why should you be considered for a moderator position?
I am a very level headed and friendly person who has been playing this game for several years, I feel I can help the staff maintain the community and help keep new faces joining.

Do you meet the minimum requirements listed above?

I do indeed meet all the minimum requirements, but I am unsure of my hours as of right now but I do play almost everyday.

What is your goal in joining the staff team?

My goal is to help the staff out the best I can especially at obscure hours, I can help keep the server friendly and enjoyable for everyone.

What skills or knowledge do you bring to the table?

I have been playing this game consistently for years, I know the rules and I am very familiar with all the basic staffing rules.

How committed can you be — short-term and long-term?

I plan to be long-term, I do however work a full time job and occasionally I work several hours of overtime. But it’s not an every week thing so some weeks I will be more available than others.

Can you handle serious situations maturely and calmly?

I can, I am a very level headed calm person, it takes a lot to make me mad.

How are your social skills? Can you handle conflict respectfully?

I’ve been playing online games for several years, I also work in customer service and I have to deal with conflict on a daily basis.

How well do you handle pressure or discouraging moments?

Working in the type of work I do I handle pressure very well, I am super adaptable and I believe I can handle anything very well.

Are you familiar with all relevant game/community rules?

I am, yes.

How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing?

I can most likely play about 2-3 hours a day depending on my schedule for work, some day I can do several more hours.

What does your punishment history look like? If you have one, how have you changed?

I have been karma banned once, and I think only slayed once or twice.

How is your reputation within the community? Are there reputable members who would recommend you?

I think so? I get along well with everyone I think, but I suppose we will find out?​
 
+1 my first interaction with you was during a low pop time a couple of weeks ago. I had never interacted with you or seen you before then and it was an absolute delight to get to meet you and play with you. Despite a member on the server being absolutely rude to you, you just let it roll of your back like water, handled it like a champ and just kept up with the vibes which is something you need to be good at as a staff member (and clearly is proof of your experience!).

On a side note I hope we get to cross paths more often cause you're sense of humour lines up well with mine and I fear we may be besties 🥰
