Pending Camping T room and using barrel gun/Harpoon to get cheap kills + Exploiting established into the rule set

I feel this should be considered an exploit and shouldn't be allowed since it just makes innos/detectives unable to kill the T while they can just get cheap kills that is practically unavoidable except for getting out that whole section of the map. Exploiting ruling if accepted should go under the same rule set as these down below. Exploiting into T room as an inno should also fall under this category such as inno motels bathroom T room being able to prop boosted into.
False Reports / Bad Name / Door Breaking

1st Offense: Warn.
2nd Offense: Kick.
3rd Offense: 1-day ban.
4th Offense: 5-day ban.

It was always viewed as a feature, not a bug on SGM, so being a spiritual successor to that community I'm not sure how people would feel about this change.

It is worth noting that it is definitely possible to have the harpoon not go through walls, there are versions of it that for a fact do not clip through walls.
 
I haven't seen this work at all recently, I was under the assumption it was gone lol.

But I think Torb put it well, as cheesey as it is, it's sort of a staple of sgm and would feel odd to punish for it here.

Plus, if we start labeling something like this as exploiting, I feel like it'll open a can of worms of other things that could be precevied as such- and not the buggy, slightly slapstick jank that is gmod and TTT as a whole.
