At first when I joined GL I wanted to treat it as a retirement of sorts from any sort of responsibility. Well, I quickly learned that while its nice to not have responsibility sometimes, I far prefer being able to lend a helping hand.
I am always levelheaded when it comes to staffing. I pride myself on being laid back but serious when the situation calls for it. I try my best to always have the servers best interest in mind when it comes to dealing with any sort of difficult situation.
I do have a mic, but I typically don't use it and I have felt over the years it actually helps to not speak when dealing with more abrasive trolls because you don't allow them the satisfaction of getting under your skin (as a personal preference, obviously for others having a mic is a good thing)
I am a big suggestions guy, as you can clearly tell by the amount of suggestions I've made. I've made some good ones and some shit ones, I wont deny it. Recently in the last few communities I've been in, I have become more interested in the creative side of server maintenance (playermodel hitboxing, PAC accessory creation, running feedback polls to see what content the community wants added / removed, etc.)
