1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?
Yes.
2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
Relapse of TTT but this time with the people I dumped thousands of hours of gametime alongside of? I'm all for it. I've always enjoyed being a regular who can lend a hand in moderation and management.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
Years of experience in moderation and administration—across GMod and beyond. I currently run the largest clan in North American Mordhau and the biggest Invasion-based & event community in the game. That means dealing with everything from regular events and repops ranging from 32-60 players, to occasional drama and the full spectrum of community personalities. We've had over 1,000 people join the community over the years, with nearly 50 core clan members. I have several clan members who are also official moderators for the game, which I think goes to show how we're respected and have been well-received over the years. Although more-active players and regulars tend not to be included in clan hierarchy.
I’m well-versed in ULX-style tools, managing full servers solo, and building staff from the ground up. My approach is about encouraging growth and incorporating the larger community into moderation and feedback, not just the "inner circle". I think the best gaming communities excel because of this.
TLDR; I've been around.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
More likely than not my in-game/forum activity will be a stark contrast to Discord activity. I don't have the free time like I did when I was highschool, but I can be active.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
8-10 hours, probably more if there's a consistent pop on the server.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
Very well. It's a game, I'm just here to hang out and keep things in check. I'm always open to any valid criticism and encourage it like I've encouraged with my own community admins to do with me should they think I am making a mistake or planning something in haste. The only time I've truly been irked online was probably when someone made fun of my dead dog a day after his passing lol.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
To the point- but not without the lack of grace where you sound like a robot. I would like to think I am approachable and friendly, and not as if my moderation status is the same thing as a majority shareholder in a public company.

8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Extremely. I've taken part in several discussions regarding TTT rules, interpretation, as well as rule implementation and alteration.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
One Mass RDM ban from when I was 12, and like two RDM and Leave bans around the same time. If I find my admin stats again I'll leak them find out for sure.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
I genuinely have no idea lol.
