Cooldude and the ultimate peace treaty

As some of you know, I recently got into the Minecraft server and I recently parted ways with winks terrorist organization in the Minecraft server, and I started my own land not too far away. I would love to start a peace treaty for players who do not want to be in wars. The only exception is that if somebody griefs our build, we will grief theirs.

In this treaty, we will not bomb anybody unannounced.

We will not randomly kill other players
Unless they have done something to kill us. I wanna try to keep this treaty of land and houses as close together as possible, but it is OK to have a couple people that live further away

IMPORTANT UPDATE
the cooldude peace hq will begin construction. It will be next to my house around where lemoncakes toll booth is. @SirLemoncakes please collect your stuff from the toll booth, it will be blown up as it is on my land.
