I really like the concept of a proactive "fakeout" death detectives can use to learn intel about the enemy.

There's some silly balance things I'd change from base:

- Assign it to the detective shop. Might work with some balance as a T weapon too.

- Limit the number of purchases to 1 per round. Don't make the item dropabble.

- Limit the window this can be active; if I can pop this at round start and get it procced a minute or two later, it's leagues above other detective items right now. I'd argue it needs to be procced in 5-8 second window from when it was activated, and the item is spent after that.

- Change the corpse that it drops from "innocent" to "detective" and assign the detective player model.
