Pending Detective Team Chat (Concept)

now i can hide koses in detective team voice chat rather than just detective chat for my fellow detectives :^)

Besides that I also support this option (IF THE EDIT QUESTION BELOW CAN BE ANSWERED). Would make it easier for detectives to share their insight with each other and not the whole server
EDIT: shoutout to @;) but there is the question of moderating and dealing with KOSes in Detective Chat

Can we make the Detective radios whistle and beep like a cop every time the Detective are talking? That'd be a fun little tell that they're talking. Maybe lead to some funny situations where you're trying to hide and your radio won't shut up.
