Hello funny internet people.

Times are tough, so I'm doordashing for money. So right now i'm in my car through a lot the day.

I have Spotify, The shuffler is awful and doesn't actually shuffle music well.
So to combat this, I'm going to listen to albums.

I come from a most Rock/Metal background and whatever bits of other genres i find neat. I'll listen to anything that isn't modern country.

So recommend me albums, I'll listen to them, and give my thoughts. I can reasonably churn through 4-5 a day

I look forward to this

Heyo! Local alt-metal lover here. I highly recommend this band:

They kinda have a lo-fi production with a mix of Muse, Deftones, Joji, and some of the soundcloud rap era with metalcore/RnB influences. The instruments are raw and with the minimal amount of production on it, their songwriting really shines. If you like this album check out the singles: Give Me a Show, loose ends, and nail polish.

I hate spotifys shuffler, it should be so simple and they still fuck it up.

If you are going for albums, my favorite full listens are symphonic and prog metal bands since many of their albums are a complete story that lasts hours

Nightwish - Dark Passion Play, Once & Imaginareum

Avantasia - Wicked Symphony, The Scarecrow, Metal Opera II

Epica - The Phantom Agony, Design your Universe, Divine Conspiracy

Stratovarius - Elements, Polaris, Infinite

Kamelot - Black Halo, Ghost Opera, Karma

Rhapsody of Fire - Symphony of enchanted lands II, Chaos to Eternity, Triumph or Agony
