2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I enjoy playing the server due mainly to the community , the atmosphere created by the players on is what keeps me playing for hours on end.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
Due to my previous history staffing on sgm , i am very familiar with how to solve conflicts between people. That isn't only limited to rdm reports even with my familiarity with the report manager , death scenes , forums and rules . Arguments that get out of hand or group trolling incidents are things that i am very acquainted with due to my thousands of hours on gmod.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
Very active on the ttt server.
The rest of the month of February i can easily put in 28- 56 hours a week .
After February , ill start my second semester in college and my activity will decrease. But since i was able to tweak my schedule i can put in 30+ hours a week if needed.
In regards to the forums and discord, i read the forums relatively regularly , and have only recently been able to join the discord.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
February : 28-56h
After February : 20-30h+
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I handle pressure , criticism , and heated situations very well. Due to my what i do in my professional life ,listening to criticism is about 50% of what i do on a regular basis . Pressure is also something that i am very acquainted with as i am a professional fighter and i need to keep a level head while preforming. Heated situations are also my specialty , mainly due to how i can handle situations quickly and without error ( group trolling , cheating , mass rdm etc)
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Firstly , keeping a level head and listening to both sides , and making sure they both feel heard is vital to actually having a healthy conversation. Applying the server rules is a priority when it comes to these situations.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Very familiar , as i have thousands of hours on ttt and communities inside gmod.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
I have around 30 slays? ( not sure specifically ). i have 1 ban which happened recently due to me going overboard on a joke with a member of the server. It was a very just ban and a lot of discretion along with warnings were given , with becoming a staff member , it would mean a level of professionalism that i am ready to adhere to.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?
I'd say most people on the server like me as i generally come on to have fun and joke around . I also have good relationships with much of the staff .

Why should you be considered for a moderator position?I care about the server and due to my previous experience as mod on sgm, i , if given the chance would be a very good mod. I also have a lot of experience when it comes to staffing. This includes dealing with normal reports and rdm's, group trolling , cheating, mic spam , racism etc.
Although i generally have a pretty good image among most people , i do get a little stupid at times especially when joking around , which led to my most recent ban . As a staff member i would obviously peel back on the unprofessionalism . I'm ready to address and handle any criticism or questions that anyone may have.
