Due to the events of recent weeks, I feel it is best I step away and resign. In my last post, my hope was that the multiple issues we’ve all witnessed would be addressed, and that someone would take steps to fix it.
I’ve been disappointed, as the circumstantial issues have only fueled my original concerns. When watching the removal of more people, and seeing the response to criticism from our owner turn into doubling down and the same lack of consideration toward leadership, I have come to the conclusion that nothing will change. Without a sense of trust, fairness, and the willingness to listen, the entire community has stoped feeling valued. This isn’t an easy decision to make, but it is necessary for the environment that’s been allowed to develop.
I appreciate everyone I spent good memories around. I will be around in a different capacity, just not in this role.
