Accepted Implemented and Rejected sections for Suggestions

Hey,

I think we should create subforums to move suggestions into once they've either been Implemented or Rejected.

I think this because we should be putting the focus on the suggestions that are still in the active voting phase.

Hopefully someone will agree with me here.
