Implemented Improved hit registration

Disclaimer: I know "just improve hitreg" is a pretty dumb thing to say since the issue is complex and is influenced by a lot of variables. This post is just to suggest trying one of the several addons from the Workshop that maybe improve hit registration without Dime or Agennon needing to do much work themselves.

The current hit registration causes frequent "ghost hits" which are extremely frustrating especially when you use semi-automatic weapons. Maybe the following addon could be installed (or something similar): Clientside Hitreg.

I understand that "clientside hitreg" probably raises a few alarms for some people with respect to increased potential harm caused by aimbotters, but with the consistent staff presence I don't feel like this would worsen the impact of the occasional cheater.

There are several issues with player models and hitboxes that are not 100% accurate. With the server just opening up last week, it is something we are currently trying to fix, but with that in mind, I do believe there are other things that Dime Or Agennon are currently working on. I think it's currently on the Trello board and should be fixed somewhat sometime soon. Fleshing out hitboxes, player models, and hit registration is not something that is done lightly and requires a fair amount of dedication and attention to detail, IIRC.

Yeah, that's understandable. I'm not naive enough to expect that this gets solved easily. Obviously, hit registration is a complicated thing and I'm glad that there is ongoing effort to improve it. Just wanted to post this for awareness in case it could be integrated into those improvements.

That hitreg addon is what's used on the other servers I play on, it's easily the best hitreg solution ive seen for ttt

A recent patch was pushed to the server. It should have helped with hit registration a ton. I am marking this as implemented, but leaving it open to allow for future discussion.

Thank you for your suggestion!
