i feel i have a good eye for people that are up to bad things better then some on top of i feel i could be a valueable part of the team

i can identify cheaters group trollers, i understand the rules enough to tell when someone has broken them

I think everyone in the community knows your silly and fun personality. You are also incredibly active everywhere and that is a great thing for a staff member to have.

I have two questions for you at this time:
- I noticed you have 91 slays in 13 days of playtime, with almost 40 of them being on the month of January, with various reasons such as prop RDM and intentional RDM. This is a ton of slays in a relatively short period of time. As a staff member, we are held to a much higher standard when it comes to following and upholding rules. How confident are you that you would be able to remediate this moving forward?
- I would like to know a bit more about how you would handle potential conflict on the server. Your response, "Direct vague and to the point", does not really give a lot of information in this regard.

Saying you would be able to and showing are two very different things. I'd also argue that intentional RDM is not silly ttt funny moments. Can you please elaborate on how you think you could 'lay back on it' and why you haven't attempted to tone it down in the past?

You also didn't answer the 2nd question so I will ask it again. In greater detail, how would you handle potential conflict on the server?

You use very inappropriate language in the server and have personally referred to me as 'bitch' in a negative connotation on more than one occasion in the month of January. You have also instigated the lobby spiraling into more negative topics, bordering racism/discrimination limits often. I've witnessed a LOT of slays for RDM, mostly intentional RDM from the month of January alone.

I cannot in good faith say that I think you would make a good staff member at this time. There is zero evidence that you will be able to be mature, un-biased or frankly not turn the lobby into a toxic cesspool because you think it's funny. Gameplay and attitude need improvement before I could see you being able to staff fairly - as mentioned above, saying you can and showing you can are two different things.

Very little effort went into this application as well. Due to all of these things, my current review is a -1

i think that ive called everyone a bitch or some type of other insult and no one has had a problem with it as for people in the server going onto bad topics i do not recall any time of this, however i dont know what i did 20 seconds ago, id just simply change up what type of things i say and stop with said bad things being said by me

id just simply stop doing it , i havent toned it down in the past because ive just recently been encouraged to apply again

From your perspective, do you think its okay for a member of the community to act in the way that you have RE the intentional RDM? I am just curious because if you've only changed your mind because you've been encouraged to apply, I worry what will happen as staff. Will it slip again? If you were to ever resign will you just end up doing toxic kills again? These are concerns that bounce around my mind when I see applicants pop in and say "yea I'll change" only after someone has said to apply. People who care for this place should want to always be their best self imo and that means following the rules and not being a greivence to the server. And again, saying you will and actually showing us by doing a two very different things. You also mention you don't remember what you have done 20 seconds ago, while maybe be a hyperbole, also concerns me. Being dismissive of behaviour because you can't remember isn't a great mindset to have.

I am not thrilled by the change only because people have encouraged an application. You have had a plethora of slays in the last 4 weeks alone and I would rather see change before an application rather than after it has been made. Regardless, I'll remain neutral for now. Time will tell where I will land based on what I see from you and how you engage with the community going forward.

I also have to agree with this statement. You use horrendous language and bully people on the server. I understand some people enjoy the banter, but after asked several times by me you continue to do it.

My most fond memory is that on Dinkledome you mass RDMing with the diamond sword on multiple occasions. At this time I don’t see any reason to +1 this application but this may be subject to change as time goes on. Hopefully you start showing a little bit of mannerisms and respect and I can edit this down the road.
