As an active member/player, what are some areas that you believe Giant's Lair can/should improve? How will you help achieve the changes you would like to see, if any, should you be accepted as a staff member?

i feel the staffing during late hours (not saying happens alot) is next to none if only 1 person dealing with a 20-30 server, several times ive seen 1 person dealing with that, sometimes during random times of the day as well, giving i most of the time have a open schedule i can put time into backing up others during such times s

-1, you're a bit too immature, crass, and rude to others for server staffing imo and need to have a better/more positive presence in the discord & game servers before this application could be taken seriously. i also think its a bit disappointing that not much effort was put into this staff application, it doesn't come across very motivated or driven to be a better user or player let alone someone that a member could feel comfortable with approaching if they have an issue that needs resolving.

I also have to agree with this statement. You use horrendous language and bully people on the server. I understand some people enjoy the banter, but after asked several times by me you continue to do it.

My most fond memory is that on Dinkledome you mass RDMing with the diamond sword on multiple occasions. At this time I don’t see any reason to +1 this application but this may be subject to change as time goes on. Hopefully you start showing a little bit of mannerisms and respect and I can edit this down the road.

i dont recall any time where ive bullied someone on the server and kept doing after a warning, normally after a warning i typically stop doing whatever it is i may be doing, for the language i see that people disagree with it and so going forward ill limit it with the people who dont agree with it regardless of whatever may happen here

Right man, but you can see why it would be a bad thing to bully people at all, right? And that you shouldn't need a warning from a staff member? You're talking about being a staff member.

If you can't recognize when you're going too far without help, why should someone give you the position to be that help for someone else?

I’m going to step in and deny this application. You do not currently have the support to join the staff team.

We can talk more and revisit this later. I do not want to set a reapplication date on this one because I want you to use your judgement on when you feel like it’s a good time to reapply.
