Pending make the detective hat spawn on all player models

The detective hat only spawns in on players with no player model equipped. I’d love to see the detective hat spawn on all of our detectives, we all deserve hats.

Bonus points if you can find a way for players to claim multiple detective hats and start building a beautiful tower of hats
