Pending New Chat box

Some of it strikes me as a bit too flashy, but it claims to be customizable, so I'm not terribly worried. Seems like a cool addition.

Adding another option because I too would like a new chat, but while SCB chat is lacking in expressive features like OP suggestion, it does have scaling which for me . . . life changing. Playing on a 4k Monitor, chat is impossible to read rn >.>
