Why you should be unbanned

Was shooting at the ceiling, at more than a 45 degree angle, and got RDM'd for that a few times. while i agree with the mod that one time was close to the person's head and may have seemed like t baiting, he pretty much refused to care about the following times it happened and i ended up getting banned for reporting true RDMs​

So i banned you for false reporting. The reason is you kept intentionally getting killed for t-baiting people, shooting towards then or in their dirrection. calling it "shooting in the sky" and then telling me i was a bad mod for not slaying for rdm.

You where also called out for it by another mod - and when your report was invalid you instantly asked "what my problem with you was?"

Including the blue marker is the report in question here. (i even offered to give you the deathscene to see it yourself) - you shot towards a player and got mad he dident get slain for killing you

like I said, the one time I shot close to his head I understand, and don't intend to argue that point. In previous times I played, other players did similar things and it was never an issue, which is why I do it as well. In the video you provided, you can see the trajectory of my bullet going straight to the ceiling. Up until today nobody had an issue with people shooting at walls or the sky. The one player for some reason did have an issue with it, and when you told me why it was not an RDM I listened to what you said in regards to the 45 degree thing. I honestly just like shooting the ceiling and getting people on edge, makes the game more fun in opinion. I can stop doing it if it is a problem, but have been playing on this server for a week now and it was never an issue prior. As per me calling you a bad mod - again it was simply due to similar instances : happened when someone shot at the ceiling next to me, i killed them and it was considered RDM, and happened when I was shooting the ceiling, someone killed me and it was considered RDM. Was simply going based off past events, however like I said if it is an issue I can stop, but to be fair im not the only one who does that kind of stuff

Hi, I'll let @lars handle this appeal on his own.

I'd just like to clarify the rules briefly;
Shooting at the sky or a wall is not shooting at someone, so it is not considered traitorous - meaning shooting you for shooting at the sky becomes RDM. What I see here is either T-baiting (which you acknowledged) or playing in a manner that baits people into shooting you. I know several regulars and staff alike shoot at the sky sometimes. Getting people on their toes can make the game more exciting, sure. Be that as it may, when you turn around and instantly report them for RDM - what you're doing starts to become a toxic kind of gameplay. Because you're behaving in a way that baits people into shooting you (with or without valid reason) and then reporting them for it, potentially getting them slain for something you instigated. That's not okay.

Whatever Lars decides for your appeal, please don't continue this behaviour of instigating people only to turn around and report them. That's just bad vibes.
