Hi hello.
I would like to suggest a few changes to the color palette used for prefixes, to improve overall clarity and the user experience.
I have specifically three things I would like to suggest.
I would like to suggest a few changes to the color palette used for prefixes, to improve overall clarity and the user experience.
I have specifically three things I would like to suggest.
Change "Denied" and "Invalid", such as applications, appeals, etc., to gray with either black or white text and border (I'd suggest something like #808080 for the gray). This is visually less jarring than red and also means the IMPORTANT prefix stands out more. Additionally, gray is a more neutral colour vs the more impactful red - it makes a psychological difference if colour theory is to be believed
Change "Concluded", such as reports, to be transparent with white text and border. This keeps it separate and distinct from Denied/Invalid (if changed to gray) and also is in my view a good visual indicator of a report being technically valid without anyone being actioned against.
Change "Pending MC" in the Community Polls section to share the same yellow as other "pending" prefixes, just for visual consistency. Also, the darker yellow just doesn't look very good.
No example 'cause you can just look at the forum for it.
