Pending Return the Grapple Hook

The Grapple hook was removed from the server long ago on 12/12/2025. I think it should be returned. It gives an interesting twist. Previous suggestions have been about actually improving the grapple. Not removing it. This doesn't seem to be a change that was based on communication from the community and should be reverted.

every time i get detective i get happy then i remember theres no grappling hook and i get so sad that it affects my ability to win or play
