2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I'm hyped for the reunion and feeling nostalgic. If the rules haven't changed I'll be good to start handing out slays again (especially to myself).
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
I used to be an admin and I was known for picking underdog applicants and giving really good trial feedback.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
That's wizard business.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
Probably 10ish hours.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
In my entire time as SGM staff tons of people complained about punishments I handed out and I never got a valid report for it. The only valid report I ever got was for giving a false hacking ban to a player who got on an alt and baited me into giving him a hacking ban.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
I get straight to the point. I explain the rule and why we have the rule, and most people listen. The people who don't listen usually aren't people we want on the server anyways.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
I've known them longer than you have.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Back in January 2014 I got banned for mass RDM then immediately applied for staff. I got accepted and haven't been banned since.
