It has come to the attention of yours truly that Discord and Forum bans go hand-in-hand.
As such, being banned from Discord currently means an equivalent ban on the forums.
There is some validity to this, especially with the shoutbox <-> Discord general chat connection.
At the same time, Discord and the forums are in my view not equal.
I think the better protocol is to handle them separately.
A ban on discord should not automatically equate to a ban on the forums. Nor vice versa.
Which is my suggestion;
Make the rule that Discord and Forum offenses are treated and punished separately.
