Shoutbox emote exploitation

Apparently if you do this the shoutbox temporarily gets confused about what emote to show:

Do these steps in order
  1. From Discord, in the chatbox, select an emote (seems that it has to be an emote, cannot be an emoji)
  2. Before sending that emote, go to the start of the message and add an < symbol just before the emote
  3. Now go to just before the < symbol and add a \ symbol
  4. Now directly after the emote (before any spaces) type in the ID of another emote, like 1419514614588375131
  5. And directly after the numerical ID type the > symbol.

Your chat message before you send it should now look like this: https://ibb.co/fVjP43sV
After you send it, even if you delete or edit the message to no longer include it, every time someone types a message with that emote shoutbox shows the one from the ID you typed: https://ibb.co/1fqQC551
(instead of the actual emote, :anna:)

Patched - Will push to Prod with more feature changes. Not urgent since this is fixed with auto discord emoji sync that happens a few times a day.
