15k point upgrade - Silent Headshots. Self explanatory, allows you to be more covert by making your targets not inform everyone within a 5 kilometer radius that their head has been blown off

Random thought, can we replace the blood with other half life effects and have those be perk upgrades?

My first thought is that this seems a little overpowered, particularly when used in combination with the colt or even the deagle. I think it would be cool if this is a perk for the silenced pistol though, and maybe include ACTUALLY silencing the pistol part of the upgrade.

My first thought is that this sounds pretty overpowered. All weapons? I would want the upgrade to be pretty expensive if that's the case, but I'd like to hear your reasoning too.

I'd actually like this to be silenced weapons primarily. Especially with how some of them are, they already announce their presence more than enough.

yeah, the dragunov is not silent lol, nor is the malfunction pistol or silenced pistol

There are other upgrades that are highly beneficial, like "Death Station Heal". Most of the time, the initial gunshot is loud enough to tell who killed who anyway. The current decapitation effect alerts a lot of players around. It would be interesting if there were headshot kills that were a bit harder to discern.
